摘要: Abstract A sensitive electrochemical immunosensor for the fast screening of brevetoxin B (BTX-2) in food samples was developed by means immobilizing BTX-2–bovine serum albumin conjugate (BTX-2–BSA) on gold nanoparticles-decorated amine-terminated poly(amidoamine) dendrimers (AuNP–PAADs). The presence nanoparticles greatly improved conductivity PAADs, and three-dimensional PAADs increased surface coverage biomolecules electrode. Under optimal conditions, three types immunosensor, i.e. with AuNPs, or AuNP–PAADs, were used determination BTX-2 a competitive-type immunoassay format using horseradish peroxidase-labeled anti -BTX antibodies (HRP– -BTX-2) as trace H 2 O – o -phenylenediamine ( -PD) system. low detection limit (LOD) 0.01 ng/mL wide dynamic working linear range 0.03–8 ng/mL AuNP–PAADs matrices obtained comparison those only AuNP PAADs. Intra-batch assay precision substantially resorting to manifold. proposed method features unbiased identification negative (blank) positive samples. No significant differences encountered analysis spiking real between liquid chromatography BTX-2. Importantly, this provided biocompatible immobilization promising immunosensing platform analytes small molecules safety.
