摘要: This report describes a case of teratoma with retroperitoneal lymph nodes involved malignant (enteric adenocarcinoma) after extensive chemotherapy for the original testicular cancer. A 18-year-old man mixed cell tumor (embryonal carcinoma+teratoma+yolk sac tumor) received three courses VAB-6 bulky mass following inguinal orchiectomy. He was referred to Tochigi Cancer Center treatment residual mass. treated resection combined left nephrectomy due severe adhesion and pathological diagnosis resected node mature massive necrotic tissue. Two BEP were given patient surgery. Six months completion chemotherapy, 1.5 cm in diameter, detected by CT scan. Standard dissection performed transformation containing enteric adenocarcinoma. Teratomatous portion primary lesion precisely re-examined adenocarcinoma, similar histology mass, identified. two EAP (Cis-platin+etoposide+doxorubicin) as an adjuvant surgery he is alive no evidence recurrence 21 months. Presence non germ malignancy cancer has been regarded rare phenomenon. Flow cytometric DNA analyses both embryonal carcinoma lesion, disclosed that these tumors all aneuploid tumors.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
