摘要: Information on migration of bisphenol A (BPA) from can coatings to foods during storage at room temperature is very limited, and the conclusions available studies are not always consistent. To investigate effect time BPA liquid infant formula temperature, samples 21 canned products different cans but same lot as those analyzed for previously were again after 10 months. Additional 10-month period was observed 9 products, with increases in levels ranging 29.8 110%. Significant differences between 2007 2008 results (P = 0.026) only one brand product, which had lowest survey. The milk-based (mean, 6.8 ng/g) significantly higher 0.00023) than 5.0 ng/g), whereas soya-based 5.3 5.8 significant 0.097). No obvious correlation product expiration date level observed.
