摘要: Valve stress echocardiography (VSE) is increasingly used both within specialist valve clinics and dedicated VSE services, mandating practical guidance for referral, procedure, reporting, clinical implementation of results. Therefore, a didactic guide was compiled based on current European Society Cardiology American College Cardiology/American Heart Association disease management guidelines, review existing evidence, the authors' extensive experience with VSE. The indications were grouped into 3 categories: symptoms despite nonsevere disease, asymptomatic severe reduced left ventricular systolic function. aim test, type to be used, sequence image acquisition, information included in report, implication results described every indication summarized user-friendly tables.
