摘要: A critical question in planning a response to bioterrorism is how antibiotics and medical supplies should be stockpiled dispensed. The objective of this work was evaluate the costs benefits alternative strategies for maintaining dispensing local regional inventories responses anthrax bioterrorism. We modeled supply chain as well capacity. found that mortality highly dependent on capacity, number individuals requiring prophylaxis, adherence prophylactic antibiotics, delays attack detection. For an exposing 250,000 people prophylaxis 5 million people, expected fell from 243,000 145,000 capacity increased 14,000 420,000 per day. At low capacities (<14,000 day), nearly all exposed died, regardless ra...
