摘要: The aim of this study was to assess the importance deconvolution for calculation renal perfusion and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) on basis concentration-time curves as measured with MRI. Six rabbits were scanned dynamically after injection a gadolinium chelate. Concentration-time generated by manually drawing regions interest in aorta cortex. To remove dependency arterial input function, regularized structured total least-squares algorithm used calculate impulse response. This curve fitted sum two gamma variate functions, corresponding passage contrast agent glomeruli proximal convoluted tubules. Tracer kinetics models applied these functions obtain GFR. For comparison, parameters also calculated before deconvolution. values correlated well (r = 0.9, P 0.014) validated upslope method. GFR obtained from clearance (51)Cr-EDTA. A comparison without demonstrated necessity
