摘要: Background— Patients with limb ischemia were associated endothelial dysfunction. The purpose of this study was to determine whether autologous bone-marrow mononuclear cell (BM-MNC) implantation improves dysfunction in patients ischemia. Methods and Results— We evaluated the leg blood flow (LBF) response acetylcholine (ACh), an endothelium-dependent vasodilator, sodium nitroprusside (SNP), endothelium-independent before after BM-MNC 7 LBF measured a mercury-filled Silastic strain-gauge plethysmograph. number BM-MNCs implanted into ischemic limbs 1.6×109±0.3×109.
