摘要: Aspergillosis is a large spectrum of diseases caused by members the genus Aspergillus. The principal entity invasive aspergillosis (IA), however Aspergillus species can also produce wide range chronic, saprophytic, and allergic conditions. IA currently constitutes most common cause infectious pneumonic mortality in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), an important opportunistic respiratory disseminated infection other immunocompromised as solid organ (SOT), especially lung (LT) patients. forms aspergillosis, such bronchopulmonary (ABPA), sinusitis, saprophytic infection, are causes morbidity seldom life-threatening. clinical manifestation severity disease depend on immunologic state patient. Lowered host resistance due to factors underlying debilitating disease, neutropenia, disruption normal flora, use antimicrobial agents steroids, predispose patient colonization, or both. spp. frequently secondary pathogen with chronic diseases, bronchiectasis (particularly cystic fibrosis patients), obstructive pulmonary (COPD) LT.
