摘要: Abstract An alternative method for the sensitive determination of several drugs abuse and some their metabolites in surface sewage water samples is proposed. Analytes are concentrated using a solid-phase extraction (SPE) sorbent, converted into corresponding trimethylsilyl derivatives selectively determined by gas chromatography (GC) with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) detection. Parameters affecting performance extraction, derivatisation steps systematically investigated. Moreover, stability target analytes discussed. Under final working conditions, were adjusted at pH 8.5 200 mg OASIS HLB SPE cartridge. sequentially eluted ethyl acetate followed acetone silylated N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide (MSTFA). The reaction was completed 60 min 80 °C mixture injected directly GC–MS/MS system without further purification. In most cases, presented poor samples; however, once they submitted to process, cartridges can be stored −20 °C least 3 months significant degradation and/or inter-conversion reactions illicit drugs. proposed provided recoveries over 74% LODs between 0.8 15 ng/L river treated wastewater samples. case raw slightly worse recoveries, 63 137%, similar attained. Analysis limited number waste confirmed presence aquatic environment, highest levels frequency benzoylecgonine, main metabolite cocaine.
