摘要: Aim The objective of this research was understanding slaughterhouses sustainability and the prospection status in special region Jakarta Province Indonesia. Materials Methods concept sustainable slaughterhouse formed based on social, economy, ecology, technology, institutional dimension. Research objects were three types Special Capital Region Indonesia; pig slaughterhouse, chicken ruminant slaughterhouse. Tools used questionnaires to assess perception people living around slaughterhouses, assessment knowledge, attitude, practice from management, along with focus group discussion for test. descriptive analysis test by multidimensional scaling method. Data collected consisted primary secondary data. Primary data obtained field survey, interview, questionnaire, measurement waste threshold, microbe contamination, whereas agency. analyzed IBM statistical package social sciences (SPSSO) version 18 calculate characteristic, variables correlation, RapfishO modified into Rap prospective PPA. Results level moderately 0.5173 index value, 0.5171 unsustainable 0.4530 value. Conclusion Scenario policies that should be applied increasing use as biogas; promotion product quality control. implication provide input a scientific study local government managing slaughterhouses.
