摘要: Abstract This paper gives an overview of the environmental impact meat chain. industry has a significant on environment and current scientific research outlines three main perspectives – product-based using life cycle assessment as tool; process-based exploring aspects and; systems–based, analyzing rationale for management. Environmental impacts influence dimensions climate change, consumption natural resources pollution. Future should focus chain expressed in terms existing newly developed indicators identifying solutions decreasing overall impact.
