摘要: It was widely accepted that stroke onset the result of interactions between environment and genetic factors. However, combined biomarkers covering factors their interplay information in were still lacking. In this study, we proposed a framework to identify targeting or indicating role each factor played biomarkers. A set 36 identified based on evaluation importance scores. Validations three independent microarray data sets justified obtained markers pervasively effective discriminating patients different stages from healthy people levels. 8 3 as acute recovery phases stroke, respectively. For example, expression changing SERPINH1 only appeared phase showing its biomarker. Compared with this, 11 such MMP9 found be differentially expressed both roles stroke. Functional analyses further revealed could grouped into 4 closely related processes including prevention, occurrence, processing, recovery, These results indicated adoption would helpful selecting robust biologically relevant biomarkers, which cast new insight for biomarker identification.
