Fármacos vasoativos empregados em equinos durante a anestesia inalatória: revisão de literatura

摘要: A anestesia inalatoria e frequentemente empregada em equinos considerada uma geral segura para realizacao de cirurgias longa duracao pacientes com estado saude critico. Entretanto, um dos principais efeitos colaterais observados durante a nesta especie depressao cardiovascular sendo, portanto, imprescindivel o fornecimento condicoes favoraveis ao adequado funcionamento do sistema circulatorio. Neste contexto, os farmacos vasoativos sao ferramentas essenciais se otimizar perfusao tecidual, pois atuam por meio cronotropicos inotropicos positivos aumento da resistencia vascular sistemica periferica. O objetivo desta revisao foi reunir informacoes relevantes emprego inalatoria.
