摘要: The egg envelope is an essential structure occurring during oogenesis. It plays important role the process of fertilization in large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea. Elucidation formation helps us to understand mechanisms teleosts. In present work, we studied P. crocea by light microscopy, as well transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Four layers exist outside oocyte plasmalemma, i.e., theca cell layer, basal membrane, granulosa layer zona radiata. According our observation, radiata a multilaminar just like same reported teleosts, but origin this little different. Before it formed, peripheral space filled with different density vesicles place where formed. Zona (Z1) secreted only itself, belongs primary envelope; 2 (Z2) 3 (Z3) belong secondary envelope, because two are formed after cells appear, microvilli participate process. very interesting that Z2 Z3 situated between Z1 first, they translocate other side Z1. This microanatomy difference may due participation microvilli. new finding about will help do further investigation on make artificial breeding possible which contribute resource recovery species.
