Using TRIZ Techniques to New Product Function Development of Smart Phones

摘要: Recently, the fast development of communication technologies has brought a great convince for human beings' life. Lots commercial services and transactions can be done by using mobile equipments such as smart phones. Consequently, phones have attracted lots companies to invest them their potential growth market. Compared with basic feature phone, phone offer more advanced computing ability connectivity. However, based on responses customers, there still are many defectives not friendly smooth operation, short standby time batteries, threat virus infected so needed improved. Therefore, this study will propose product innovative function procedure into TRIZ (theory inventive problem solving) transform voice customers design create novel functions, respectively. A case provided illustrate effectiveness proposed method.
