摘要: Abstract Single phase of Y x Gd 0.5− Tb 0.5 Al 3 (BO ) 4 (0 ≤ ≤ 0.5) was prepared by the thermal decomposition corresponding nitrates. The main broad band in 120–178 nm and some other bands 178–288 nm were observed excitation spectrum monitored at 541 nm. former could be assigned to overlapped absorptions among f → d transition 3+ , charge transfer O 2− → Ln (Ln = Tb, Gd) BO groups. latter ascribed 4f 8 → 4f 7 5d transitions . Under 147 nm maximum emission peak about 541 nm which due 5 D → F ; when substituting with appropriate intensity increased, optimum obtained = 0.1 This that electronic occurred from : 2 p 6 (4d + 5s) absorbed energy transferred finally, as 0.1 0.4 decay time decreased after replacing attributed increasing defect impurities under excitation.
