摘要: Over the last decade, emergence of endovascular therapies provides an alternative to both open surgery and medical therapy in management patients with type B aortic dissection. The benefits this new approach are perhaps most apparent reported experience endografts used setting acute dissection complicated by rupture, organ malperfusion, rapidly expanding false lumen, or unremitting pain. Successful placement endograft across entry tear(s) obliteration communication(s) lumen re-direction blood flow via true exclusively is increasingly valuable treatment strategy selected results compare very favorably those for traditional surgical less morbidity risk paraplegia. Currently, global consensus does not yet support extension use include uncomplicated chronic
