摘要: Abstract The octacalcium phosphate–poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (OCP–PHB) thin film powder composites were prepared by the precipitation of PHB from OCP–PHB chloroform suspension. morphology composite and microstructure pellets observed scanning electron microscopy. presence on OCP particles formation new calcium phosphate phase after soaking compact in simulated body fluid (SBF) at 37 °C for 2 weeks verified. Phase composition was analysed X-ray diffraction analysis IR spectroscopy. resistant to disintegration immersion into SBF compressive strength around 6 MPa.
