摘要: The study of chromosome segregation is currently one the most exciting research frontiers in cell biology. In this review, we discuss our current knowledge process Vibrio cholerae, based primarily on findings from fluorescence microscopy experiments. This bacterium special interest because its eukaryotic feature having a divided genome, shared with 10% known bacteria. We also how mechanisms V. cholerae compare those other bacteria, and highlight some remaining questions regarding bacterial segregation.
