摘要: Abstract In a double-blind parallel trial, 24 dysmenorrheic women received single dose of Anaprox ∗ ∗Anaprox (naproxen sodium) is the sodium salt (+) 6-methoxy-α-2-naphthalene acetic acid. (1,100 mg) or placebo. Over next 2 hours, pain intensity was scored and intrauterine pressure measured using an immobilized microballoon. At end all 11 patients given (but only three 13 placebo) experienced complete relief (p = 0.0004). The resting (IUP) decreased from mean 51.4 to 26.8 mm Hg in Anaprox-treated group, while placebo group IUP values remained essentially unchanged (a drop 55.4 51.9 observed). This difference between two treatment groups statistically significant favor 0.03). Several each were 0.2 mg ergonovine by intramuscular injection following hour trial. both groups, increased within 30 minutes; corresponding increase more pronounced, however, group. These results support premise that decrease directly linked pain-relieving effects Anaprox.
