摘要: This paper describes the initial stages of research to develop design guidelines and draft designs for Graphical Route Information Panels be used on UK motorway network display traffic congestion information. The studies utilised a funnelling approach initially capture broad principles involving all stakeholders then narrow down options using range validation evaluation activities achieve desired guidelines. Guidance graphical road based is presented along with methodological implementation new designs.
