摘要: Studies have shown that voluntary job-to-job changes a positive efiect on wage growth. This paper argues the impact of job change mobility depends position in distribution. Using panel data from UK and Germany, we show employer results into increase only for low paid workers. Within-flrm produce, average, moderate gains low-paid workers Britain, but no Germany.
