摘要: The present invention relates to a new generation of chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) referred as multi-chain CARs, which are made specific the ROR1. Such CARs aim redirect immune cell specificity and reactivity toward malignant cells expressing tumor alpha, beta gamma polypeptides composing these designed assemble in juxtamembrane position, forms flexible architecture closer natural receptors, that confers optimal signal transduction. encompasses polynucleotides, vectors encoding said CAR isolated them at their surface, particularly for use immunotherapy. opens way efficient adoptive immunotherapy strategies treating cancer, especially chronic lymphocytic leukemia or solid tumors.
