摘要: We report a general synthetic method for the formation of shape-controlled CdS, CdSe and CdTe nanocrystals mixed-semiconductor heterostructures. The crystal growth kinetics can be manipulated by changing injection rate chalcogen precursor, allowing particle shapespherical or rodliketo tuned without underlying chemistry. A single precursor leads to isotropic spherical growth, whereas multiple injections promote epitaxial along length c-axis. This was extended produce linear type I II semiconductor nanocrystal
