Osteotomías craneomaxilofaciales con sistemas ultrasónicos

摘要: Los sistemas ultrasonicos han revolucionado la tecnica quirurgica en cirugia maxilofacial; son que funcionan con el fenomeno de cavitacion siendo capaces realizar osteotomias sin lesionar los tejidos nerviosos, musculares, vasculares o blandos general; esta condicion entrega seguridad a variedad cirugias actuan cortando tejido oseo areas proximas vasos y nervios importantes, como condilectomia del condilo mandibular, osteotomia mandibular proximo al nervio alveolar inferior, orbitarias, entre otras. Este articulo presenta informacion actual respecto uso craneofacial experiencia inicial autores utilizando estos sistemas. Se concluye optimiza aumentando levemente tiempo acto quirurgico, disminuyendo sangrado riesgos cualquier blando; es viable pensar este tipo instrumentos se pueden extrapolar otras requieren area corporal.
