摘要: Separation of enantiomers represents an extremely important task in the field analytical chemistry. This paper contributes to on-line preconcentration by developing a novel setup based on electrokinetic accumulation ketoprofen pH boundary followed enantioselective mobilization mixture SDS, sulfated-β-cyclodextrin (S-β-CD), and trimethyl-β-cyclodextrin (TM-β-CD). Under best conditions, where injection electrolyte was composed 50 mmol L−1 borate/NaOH 9.5 with 60% (v/v) methanol, background contained phosphate/NaOH 2.5, consisted 2.5 4.0% (w/v) S-β-CD, 0.5% TM-β-CD, 20 determination nanomolar concentration levels successful using micellar chromatography common UV detection. LODs were nmol 3.4 L−1, which represent enhancement factors 9921 8529, respectively. The method also applied waste water samples simple filtration as clean-up step. Here, recovery 91% at level 5×10−9 mol L−1.
