摘要: This work shows the potential of using discontinuous electrolyte systems for separation tamsulosin enantiomers by CE. Sulfated beta-cyclodextrin was used as a chiral selector. In acidic electrolytes, sulfated migrates an anion and analyte (tamsulosin) cation. Due to this, four experimental arrangements were proposed. These differ in composition electrolytes inlet compartment, capillary outlet compartment. The acetate buffers with sodium Tris counterions studied. Simultaneous contactless conductivity detection UV study mechanism these systems.
