摘要: The nickel-aluminum layered double hydroxide (Ni-Al LDH) was synthesized by a simple co-precipitation method and used as solid-phase extraction (SPE) sorbent for separation pre-concentration of trace levels salicylic acid (SA) from aqueous solutions. Extraction analyte is based on the adsorption salicylate ions Ni-Al (NO(3)(-)) LDH and/or their exchanging with interlayer NO(3)(-) ions. retained stripped 3 mol L(-1) NaOH solution its concentration subsequently determined spectrofluorometrically at λ(em)=400 nm excitation λ(ex)=270 nm. Various parameters affecting efficiency SA LDH, such pH, amount nano-sorbent, sample loading flow rate, elution conditions, volume matrix effects were investigated. In optimum experimental limit detection (3s) enrichment factor 0.12 μg 40, respectively. relative standard deviation (RSD) six replicate determinations 10 2.3%. calibration graph using system linear in range 0.3-45 correlation coefficient 0.9985. optimized successfully applied to determination blood serum, willow leaf aspirin tablet.
