摘要: We propose a three-part framework describing support tools for users of complex software applications such as enterprise resource planning and decision systems. The model is motivated by the objectives learning, performance, analysis grounded in theories constructivism, pragmatism, reflection respectively. This mapping supported both results prior research case study formative evaluation complex, cognitive system developed antiterrorism allocation. work contributes to field usability providing an integrative linking established theoretical positions with empirical on human-computer interaction.
