摘要: Learning to control a computer system from limited experience with it seems require constructing mental model adequate indicate the causal connections between user actions, responses, and goals. While many kinds of knowledge could be used in building such model, small number simple, low-level heuristics is interpret some common interaction patterns. Designing interactions so that they fall within scope these may lead easier mastery by learners.
