摘要: Tracheobronchial aspiration of gastric secretions has been suggested in published reports as a possible cause for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Forty-eight 131 patients with roentgenographic evidence fibrosis had no established etiologic diagnosis after individualized evaluations.
