摘要: Aim: To determine the influence of polymorphisms on effects metformin HbA1c, daily dose insulin and plasma concentration. Methods: In a post hoc analysis 4.3 year placebo-controlled randomized trial with 390 patients Type 2 diabetes already insulin, we analyzed in genes coding for ATM transporters OCT1 MATE1. Outcome measures were combined HbA1c + Z score concentrations. Results: rs11212617 (ATM) was associated an improved lower addition, major allele rs2289669 (MATE1) also score.
