摘要: Stress and trauma profoundly influence psychiatric biobehavioral outcomes. The identification of treatment biomarker targets would be accelerated by a broad understanding the biological responses to these events. goal this study was determine genes responsive auditory fear conditioning (FC), well-characterized amygdala-dependent rodent model threat-exposure, in presence or absence prior stress history, providing insight into physiological processes underlying response trauma. RNA-sequencing performed blood amygdala from mice that underwent with (Immo+FC) without (FC) immobilization stress, paradigm induces HPA axis, behavioral sensitization. In amygdala, 607 were regulated FC vs. home-cage (HC) controls, 516 differed stress-sensitized (Immo+FC FC). former, we observed an enhancement specific involved learning synaptic transmission, latter associated cell proliferation cellular drugs. animals, 468 dynamically when compared FC, enriched for pathways inflammation cytokine signaling. This identified respond threat history reveals impact on subsequent inflammation. Future studies will needed examine role may play human clinical trauma-related disorders.
