摘要: Guanxinning injection (GXNI) is widely used in the treatments of cerebral thrombosis, hemorrhage, sequela, coronary disease, stenocardia, arrhythmia, and so on. For herbal injections, more components should be characterized quantified as much possible to guarantee drug safety. However, large numbers chemical constituents GXNI still remain unknown. In this study, ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography-Q Exactive hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap high-resolution accurate mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q Orbitrap HRMS), combination nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), was identify GXNI, which led identification 194 compounds. With aid solvent partition, phthalides, diterpenoid quinines, salvianolic acids were tentatively identified, minor compounds with other structural types also detected. The diversity phthalides quinones revealed by network, six 13 further detected help characteristic fragmentation pattern network. addition, NMR presence a series primary metabolites could complimentary approach for rapid traditional Chinese medicines (TCM). unknown signals needed identified
