摘要: With increasing rates of diagnosis childhood cancers and the evolution more effective treatment options resulting in prolonged life spans, fertility preservation counseling is an integral component discussion at time cancers. The primary option that exists for prepubertal girls ovarian tissue cryopreservation. Although cryopreservation still considered to be experimental nature, live births have resulted from orthotopic transplantation. Fertility should offered all high-risk premature failure as a result gonadotoxic treatment. Ethical legal questions surrounding these issues must pediatric patients pursue preservation.
