摘要: To analyze the effect of pelvic radiotherapy on ovarian function in prepubertal and pubertal girls young adult women. In a retrospective monoinstitutional analysis, patients 15 Gy to ovaries developed hormone failure. one case patient receiving an dose Gy, failure was not found. irradiation excluding at least ovary, approximately half dysfunction, probably also due effects polychemotherapy.
