摘要: Abstract Tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) at 20 ng/ml induced apoptosis in human hepatoma cellsin vitro . The effect of TNF-α-induced was exacerbated by the hypoxanthine-xanthine oxidase (HX/XO) system and cycloheximide (CHX), but alleviated superoxide dismutase (SOD), suggesting that may be due to oxidative stress, independent protein synthesis. TNF-α elevated free Ca2+concentration, triggered lipid peroxidation decreased expression bcl-2 protein. findings suggest involved stimulating Ca2+-dependent endonuclease activity increasing membrane peroxidation. Bcl-2 play a pivotal role serving as Ca2+regulator or antioxidant, preventing process.
