摘要: The present study describes the distribution of CD4/CD8 double-positive (DP) T cells in lymph nodes and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues pigs at 6-7 months age. Proportions lymphocytes isolated from peripheral, bronchial mesenteric expressing CD4 and/or CD8 molecules were similar ranged 10-13% DP cells, 25-27% single-positive (SP) 27-32% SP cells. Mucosa-associated had significantly smaller proportions CD4+ CD8+ than accounted for a larger proportion total nodes. Compared to nodes, predominant T-cell subset tonsils was population (18%), because both higher these lower (12%) (14%) lymphocyte subsets. Jejunal Peyer's patches comprised 12% SP, 28% 10% lymphocytes. In contrast, mid-section continuous patch ileum contained 7% 8% 4% porcine mucosal aggregates agrees with reported correlation between high low rates entry into abundance or scarcity respectively. Defining role their unique pig may reveal novel T-cell-mediated regulatory pathways.
