摘要: High birefringence induced by rhombic air-hole photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) is numerically analyzed using the finite-element method. The of a few kinds PCFs was investigated with different parameters related to holes, including rhombic-hole shape, size, and spacing. It found that proposed PCF in this study relatively larger than an elliptical-hole same air-filling fraction (f=0.0375) when ratio diagonal length equal ellipticity.
