摘要: Abstract An efficient probabilistic approach for the assessment of transmission capital project impact is presented. The employs a subsystem based technique and takes advantage calculation accuracy widely used commercial program power flow analysis accounts equipment failure probability, variation in bus load, outage consequences other system specific characteristics such as remedial action plan, operating procedures, tapped line common mode failures. also uses computing techniques breadth-first search algorithm recursive invocation method to facilitate evaluation process. proposed illustrated by evaluating comparing several actual utility projects. this paper will more realistic large practical systems using methods.
