摘要: We investigated the reproducibility of inter- and intra-individual variations in conversion nitrate to nitrite saliva. Saliva samples were collected from 20 volunteers just before at regular intervals after a load on four non-consecutive days within period 2 months. On three occasions beetroot juice was source one occasion solution given. Despite large day-to-day it possible discriminate between subjects with consistently high or low load. Neither saliva sampling nor single are sufficient obtain clear information about individual capacities for nitrate-nitrite conversion.
