摘要: Different weight percentages of ZrO2 (0, 3, 5, 7 and 10 wt%) incorporated electrospun PVDF-HFP nanocomposite polymer membranes (esCPMs) were prepared by electrospinning technique. They activated soaking in 1 M LiPF6 containing 1:1 volume ratio EC : DMC (ethylene carbonate:dimethyl carbonate) to get membrane electrolytes (esCPMEs). The influence on the physical, mechanical electrochemical properties esCPM was studied detail. Finally, coin type Li-ion capacitor cell assembled using LiCo0.2Mn1.8O4 as cathode, Activated carbon anode esCPME 7 wt% separator, which delivered a discharge capacitance 182.5 Fg-1 at current density 1Ag-1 retained 92% its initial even after 2,000 cycles. It revealed that PVdF-HFP/ZrO2 based electrolyte could be used good candidate for high performance capacitors.
