摘要: The design and synthesis of a new class thermally-labile poly(β-thioester)s is reported. Aliphatic azo linkages were incorporated into the main chain polymers to allow for degradation lower molecular weights upon heating. These displayed temperature-dependent profile with significant increase in decomposition rate as temperature was raised from 60 95 °C. This approach further extended prepare amphiphilic triblock copolymers containing poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG). resulting block capable self-assembly micelles water.
