摘要: Dermal exposure to jet fuel is a significant occupational hazard. Previous studies have investigated its absorption and disposition in skin, the systemic biochemical immunotoxicological sequelae exposure. Despite of JP-8 components murine, porcine or human keratinocyte cell cultures, proteomic analysis has not been investigated. This study was conducted examine effect administration on epidermal (HEK) proteome. Using two-dimensional electrophoretic approach combined with mass spectrometric-based protein identification, we analyzed expression HEK exposed 0.1% culture medium for 24 h. resulted differences (p<0.02) 35 929 proteins matched analyzed. Approximately, third these alterations were increased expression, two-thirds declined Peptide fingerprint identification effected revealed variety functional implications. In general, altered involved endocytotic/exocytotic mechanisms their cytoskeletal components, stress, those vesicular function.
