摘要: In the present work we modeled interaction of Maneb (manganous ethylenebis), a carbamate fungicide, with bovine serum albumin using results from fluorescence spectroscopic measurements. Carbamates are widely used in numerous applications as pesticides and often involved poisonings. They part large group synthetic derived carbamic acid esters. have been developed scale along past forty years over fifty known commercial formulations. Our shown that does not fluorescence, form complex structure has low quenching capacity. Furthermore only few amount near 3%, is absorbed by organism, once bound to albumin. The binding constants 5500(±400)/M, at 37 °C, 3100(±200) × 103 /M, 25 °C.
