摘要: Abstract Adipocytic neoplasms in the pediatric population demonstrate a different histologic spectrum and frequency than adults. The vast majority of these tumors are benign, with lipoma being most common entity. identification signature cytogenetic molecular alterations for certain lesions, such as PLAG1 gene rearrangement lipoblastoma FUS-DDIT3 fusion myxoid liposarcoma, has been helpful approaching aiding confirming diagnosis. Furthermore, it is important pathologists to recognize that adipocytic may be associated syndromes potential impact managing patients. This review provides summary clinical pictures, characteristics, alterations, differential diagnoses, syndromic associations commonly encountered fatty children.
