摘要: Recently, a rapid increase in the resistance of pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics and chemotherapeutics admitted for use aquaculture has been observed. This happens especially often intensive breeding. The drugs closed circuits is problematic because it can damage biological filters. Therefore, recent years, there growing interest natural methods combating pathogens. These include bacteriophages. aim study was determine safety new BAFADOR® bacteriophage-based preparation, its effect on selected immunological parameters effectiveness prophylactic therapeutic after experimental infections with Aeromonas hydrophila Pseudomonas fluorescens. increased activity lysozyme, total protein level immunoglobulin level. ceruloplasmin rainbow trout serum remained unchanged regardless route administration preparation. Potential killing metabolic spleen phagocytes proliferation pronephros lymphocytes were higher compared control group. Both application preparation mixed infection A. hydrophila P. fluorescens limited mortality trout.
