摘要: The generation of antigen-specific antibodies and the development immunological memory require collaboration between B T cells. cell-secreted IL-4 is important for cell survival, isotype switch to IgG1 IgE, affinity maturation, germinal centers (GC). Fyn, a member Src family tyrosine kinase, widely expressed in many types, including lymphocytes. This kinase known interact with both receptor (BCR TCR, respectively). While Fyn deletion does not impair immature cells cells, TCR signaling altered mature current study demonstrates that deficient (KO) have impaired signaling. KO mice displayed low basal levels IgG1, IgE IgG2c, delayed IgG2b production, dramatic decrease IgG2c following immunization T-dependent antigen. Defects antibody production correlated significantly reduced numbers GC follicular helper (TFH), splenic plasma (PC). Taken together, our data demonstrate required optimal humoral responses.
