摘要: Snake venoms contain a wide range of components, many which affect haemostasis by activation or inhibition platelets coagulation factors. They can be classified into groups based on structure and mode action. One group is the snake C-type lectins, so called because typical folding closely resembles that found in classical such as selectins mannose-binding proteins. Unlike classic those from snakes are generally heterodimeric with two subunits, β. Some multimeric heterodimers.
