摘要: Mesoporous silica materials have already proved to be non-toxic and biocompatible, also large pore volume very high specific surface area suitable for loading of small molecules. Having this in mind the fact that silicon dioxide (SiO2) powders can so designed obtain particle structures organized at multi levels, SiO2 was chosen as a potential carrier metronidazole, an antibiotic drug. powder synthesized two stages: first sol prepared by hydrothermal synthesis second converted into dry spraying with simultaneous incorporation its structure. Scanning transmission electron microscopy study revealed complex structure sub-structure particles. Cell viability tests were used estimation cytotoxicity SiO2. The drug release data showed system provide long time. Also, device behavior is fully predictable, according our theoretical model multilevel design, gives many opportunities investigations kinetics. sizes their distribution observed limiting factor Therefore, are given set discrete values, kinetics might corresponding values.
